For anyone interested, McLean Club is having a meeting on Jan 20th @ 7:30pm in the Mclean Bar. I plan on going and joining their club as well.

Went to the meeting last night, about 12 people were there. Great group of guys. They are going to cut some wood at the shack this Sunday. Next meeting is Feb 23rd, 7:30 at the Mclean Hotel.
Put up a sasksnowmobile poster in the bar, I will get them one to put up at their shack.

Mclean Poker Derby is Sunday Feb 28th. Registration from 10 am to 1 pm at Mclean Fire Hall. $5 per hand, all hands to be in by 5:30 pm. 50% payout (1st, 2nd, 3rd and low hand). Lunch available, no fuel in Mclean. For further info contact 699-7344.
I was at the meeting tonight, the plan is to go from Mclean to Fort Qu'appelle shack, to Edenwold, Balgonie, Mclean shack and back. That may change some when they mark the trail on Saturday.
Gas will be available at Balgonie but the closest check point will be about 3 miles east of there.
Wish I could go, besides my sled being in pieces I have a camp. Hope to make it back early enough to help out in the afternoon.
