I have been on the site for a few weeks but have not bothered to introduce myself. I live in saskatoon and work as a welder and just got my first sled a 07 f1000. I have been bikeing for years but figured it was time to get into some sleding. I am a horsepower nut as i was into drag racing for years with a 89 mustang with a 347 stroker with nos. The car ran 11.6 at 116 on the motor and with nos should of ran 10.5 at 125. I sold the car to get into a more variety of powered sports. I love fishing and hunting and have a 1992 larson 17.5 with a 90hp for those nice days on the lake. The wife has a 2007 dvx400 sport quad and i have a 07 ktm 525 dirt bike wich we love to go to nesbit forest in the summer. Mayby i can hook up with some of you guys and go sleding with this winter.

Welcome, I'm also new on this site. I got back into sledding in 2008. Grew up on the infamous John Deere Sleds in the 70's.. In my case a black JDX4. Was thrilled to enjoy the benefits of the suspension improvement that took place over the past few decades.

Now enjoy the hobby whenever I can, especially around at least one trip to sled up by hudson bay each year based out of my neighbours hunting cabins. Great groomed trail rides in that area, and also enjoy some boondocking on the guys favourite hunting trails.

Enjoy yer sled.
